Poster Instructions

Session Outline

Two poster sessions will take place during the day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Each poster session will begin with oral presentations from the PhD students who have chosen to present a poster at this event. These presentations will be followed by a coffee break during which all attendees are invited to visit the posters on display.

If you are presenting a poster, please note that you will have only two minutes to captivate the entire auditorium and spark interest in your work. The poster presentation validates 4 additional hours of scientific training, so don’t hesitate to take part. It’s a great opportunity for you—perhaps the first—to present your research to an audience that is not there to judge, but to provide valuable feedback on your work.

The best posters from both sessions will be awarded at the end of the day.
